Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I place my order?
Lead time is 1–2 weeks depending on volume. For large orders or custom packaging, we recommend ordering early; Production slots fill up fast before Mid-Autumn.
How long do the mooncakes keep?
Our mooncakes contain no preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors; made fresh from real fruit and our own chocolate. Shelf life is therefore short. Contact us and we'll advise the best delivery date for your gifting schedule.
Can I order as an individual, not a company?
Not yet, early-bird pricing applies to corporate orders only. A VAT invoice is required to qualify.
Can we add our company logo or custom branding?
Yes — custom branded packaging available (logo sleeve, card, or box). Requires extra lead time and minimum volume; select "Custom branded" in the form and we'll send options.
Do you deliver, and can you split delivery to multiple addresses?
We deliver nationwide in Vietnam. Bulk delivery to one address or split delivery (e.g. to each office / employee) both possible; Split delivery needs address list in advance and may add fees.
