Delivery scope 

Maison Marou has always aimed to provide a fast and convenient purchasing experience even when you purchase online. Currently, Maison Marou only serves delivery to customers within provinces & cities in which, Maison Marou is located. 

Delivery fees 

Depending on the delivery address, the shipping fee is calculated according to the Delivery service’s fee. The customer pays the delivery fee according to the fee schedule specified by the Shipping/Delivery company. 

We offer Free delivery in Hanoi, HCMC, Da Nang, Hoi An & Binh Duong for one address per order from 1,000,000 VND. For any incurred delivery will be charge extra fee. 
For delivery distances exceeding 10km, we cannot guarantee delivery as this may affect the quality of our products upon delivery.

You can also visit the Maison Marou stores at the below address during the open hours from 9:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday to receive your products in person. 

If the customer chooses to PICK UP PERSONALLY, he/she can place an order free of charge (free shipping) from the list of our stores on: https://maisonmarou.com/locations/

Delivery time 

For all orders placed from 9:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday, within the Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City & Binh Duong Province, our designated delivery partner will deliver to you within a few hours. 

Delivery operating time: Maison Marou commits to deliver the order at the latest promised time in advance to the customer after confirming the order. Any changes either earlier or later for delivery times will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer before delivery. 

 Please complete the payment to the delivery staff if you chose cash on delivery and please check if the product has any defects or missing. Please keep the receipt for checking.
