PRICING POLICY

1. Product Prices and Related Charges

The applicable price of a product shall be the price displayed on the Website at the time the customer places the order and as confirmed in the order confirmation issued by Maison Marou. The prices displayed on the Website include value-added tax (VAT) but exclude delivery fees, handling fees, and any other applicable charges, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery fees and any additional applicable charges will be displayed or otherwise communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation and payment.

Prices displayed on the Website may differ from prices offered at Maison Marou retail stores or through third-party sales channels. Promotional offers, discounts, and special campaigns are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each promotion as published from time to time.

2. Seller Service Fees

The Maison Marou Website is operated solely for the sale of Maison Marou products and does not provide marketplace services to third-party sellers. Accordingly, Maison Marou does not charge third-party seller fees, including account opening fees, account maintenance fees, order processing fees, or any other seller-related service fees.

Should Maison Marou introduce fee-based services in the future, the applicable fee schedule, calculation method, and effective date will be published on the Website. Any changes to applicable fees will be publicly announced at least twenty (20) days before the effective date of such changes.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment Methods

Customers may select from the payment methods available and displayed during the checkout process, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD);
  • Domestic ATM cards;
  • International payment cards, including credit cards and debit cards;
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay;
  • UnionPay QR Code payments, QR-enabled banking applications, MoMo e-wallet, or ShopeePay.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment information and must only use payment instruments that they are legally authorized to use.

Online payment transactions are processed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and operational requirements of the relevant bank, card issuer, payment processor, or payment service provider. Maison Marou shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures arising from the systems or services of such third parties.

2. Refund Methods

Where a return, exchange, or refund request has been approved by Maison Marou, the refund will be made to the original payment method used by the customer, where supported by the relevant payment system.

If a refund to the original payment method is not feasible, Maison Marou may process the refund by bank transfer to an account designated by the customer or through another refund method mutually agreed upon by the parties.

For purchases paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) or cash payment, refunds will be made by bank transfer or cash, as agreed between Maison Marou and the customer.

The time required for refunded funds to be credited to the customer’s account depends on the processing timelines of the relevant bank, payment institution, card issuer, or payment service provider.

3. Loyalty Points, Cashback Programs, and Redeemable Benefits

If Maison Marou introduces any loyalty points, cashback, reward, or other redeemable benefit programs, the applicable terms and conditions will be published on the Website. Such terms may include:

  • The method for earning and accumulating points or benefits;
  • The method for using or redeeming points or benefits;
  • Eligibility criteria and scope of application;
  • Applicable conversion rates;
  • Redemption limits;
  • Validity periods; and
  • The rights and responsibilities of Maison Marou and participating customers.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable program terms, loyalty points, cashback credits, promotional credits, or other redeemable values may not be exchanged, converted, or redeemed for cash.
