1. Rights and Obligations of Dakao Co., Ltd. (Website Operator and Seller)
1.1. Rights of Dakao
Dakao shall have the right to:
- Issue, amend, supplement and publish the General Terms and Conditions of Transaction, Purchase Policy, Payment Policy, Delivery Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, and other regulations applicable to the website.
- Refuse, suspend or terminate the provision of services to users who violate applicable laws, breach the Terms and Conditions of Transaction, or show signs of conduct that may affect the operation, reputation or security of the website.
- Apply necessary technical measures to safeguard system security, data and the legitimate rights and interests of customers.
- Implement promotional programs and commercial incentives in accordance with applicable laws and fully disclose relevant information to customers before they place an order.
- Request customers to provide the information necessary for order placement, payment, delivery of goods and complaint handling.
1.2. Obligations of Dakao
Dakao shall be responsible for:
- Fully publishing the conditions of operation, terms and conditions of transaction, and applicable policies on the website.
- Providing accurate and complete information about the enterprise, goods, prices, payment policy, delivery policy, return and exchange policy, warranty policy (if any), and other information as required by law.
- Ensuring that the quality of goods provided is consistent with the information published.
- Fully performing delivery, return, exchange, refund and other commitments to customers in accordance with the published policies.
- Operating the website in a safe, stable and continuous manner within reasonable technical capabilities.
- Applying necessary measures to protect trade secrets, personal information and customer data in accordance with applicable laws.
- Receiving and handling customers’ feedback, requests and complaints in a public, transparent and timely manner.
- Fully performing financial obligations to the State in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitoring, preventing and stopping any use of the website for unlawful purposes.
- Cooperating with competent state authorities in providing information and documents and handling violations in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Rights and Obligations of Customers
2.1. Rights of Customers
Customers shall have the right to:
- Be provided with complete and accurate information about goods, services, prices and transaction conditions before making a purchase decision.
- Freely select goods, quantities, payment methods and suitable delivery methods.
- Have their lawful rights and interests protected in accordance with the laws on consumer rights protection.

- Submit requests, feedback and complaints relating to transactions on the website and have them reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2. Obligations of Customers
Customers shall be responsible for:
