Our cakes are made using only fresh ingredients and 0 preservatives. They should therefore be eaten within 2 days. Keep the cake refrigerated and take it out 10 minutes before serving, to allow buttercream to be softer to cut and give you a more agreeable temperature for chocolate aromas.
