Return & Refund policy 

1. Exchange/return policy 

In case the product has any defects on our part, please keep the shipping receipt for checking. We will make the exchange or refund in case the product quality and delivery are the responsibility of Maison Marou. 

Please note that product exchanges/returns can only be made when we have enough inventory and at a price equivalent to the value of the product you paid for. 

2. Cancellation and Refund policy 

All orders that have been confirmed after a successful order are non-cancellable. 

Refund requests (if any) must be made within 24 hours of payment being completed. 

The refund period depends on the working time of the bank that you used. All other refund conditions are subject to Visa/Mastercard/JCB card’s international policy.
