Under the expert guidance of our chefs, you will learn to craft four iconic delicacies: Madeleine cakes with buttery richness and their signature scallop-shaped shell, Financier cakes with perfect beurre noisette, crispy Chocolate Spritz Cookies, and classic Marble Quatre-quart, all with a delicate infusion of Marou signature chocolate.

Yes, the class is suitable for participants aged 8 and up. Children between 8 and 12 must attend with a registered adult.

What can I expect during the class?

Each class lasts around 3 hours and includes a welcome breakfast/snack, a chef-led demo, hands-on baking, and packing your treats to take home.
Is it possible to reschedule or modify my class booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your class if you inform us at least 7 days in advance. After that, we can only support transferring your booking to someone else (friend or family). Please note that payments are non-refundable. For full details, see our class policies.
